Following the latest directive from the UK Government, we are excited to announce

IS NOW BACK OPEN!
WE WILL BE OPEN WEEKENDS SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS
11AM-1PM & 2PM-4PM.
We look forward to welcoming you back!
Our priority will continue to be the health and safety of our customers and staff.
As well as carefully following Government guidelines, we are putting some extra measures
and customer guidance in place.
We have a limited capacity so that you can manage effectively to social distance whilst skating.
We will be taking customer details as part of the government test and trace policy.
Subject to our own Data Protection Policy.
We are advising all customers we will be accepting contactless payments as preference. If capacity is already reached then you will not be able to enter.
We are working on the implementation of a booking system for near future..

Please ensure that you and all members of your group (including children) abide by the latest Government guidelines on social distancing at all times.
We want to make sure our customers feel safe so if you have any questions,
please don’t hesitate to speak to a member of staff.
Our staff are all working hard to keep our venue clean throughout the day.
Our skates will be sanitised after every use as well as equipment, counters, door handles and other high touch surfaces.
We also deep clean on a regular basis, Carpets, toilet areas and general communal areas.
We are making sure all of our members of staff are healthy and ready to work.
Daily team meetings and risk assessments are being carried out along with instruction on how to maintain the highest cleaning standards.
Also the importance of hand washing frequently and thoroughly is conveyed across both staff and customers.
Our team members will wear face coverings and gloves while working and we have introduced screens in high contact areas.
All staff will be governed by Covid-19 safety guidance and will continue to request that any member of staff showing signs of illness
will be required to follow the isolation and health guidance given by the government.
PLEASE NOTE: Our smoking area will be temporarily closed during all skating sessions,
some customer areas will be temporarily closed off to access.
